- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Hygiene Considerations: While we accept returns on opened and tested products, we kindly ask that you ensure the product is returned in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in an unsanitary state. This is to protect the health and safety of our staff and other customers.
- Only individual products can be returned, not the entire order (unless the entire order is being returned).
- Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
- This guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion (unless the promotion specifically states otherwise).
- This guarantee does not apply to Essens Keto products.

- Include a copy of your invoice and a cover letter stating the reason for the return.
- Return the product to the address stated below. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned product.
- The corresponding financial value of the returned product will be paid via bank transfer, cash, or returned to your credit card, depending on your original payment method.
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Points will be deducted at 100% of the point value of the returned product on the date the credit note is issued.
90-Day Money Back Guarantee (Unused Products in Original Packaging)
We also offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all unused Essens products, provided they are returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Conditions for 90-Day Returns:
- Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and without any signs of usage.
- Only individual products can be returned, not the entire order (unless the entire order is unused and unopened).
- Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
- This guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion (unless the promotion specifically states otherwise).
- This guarantee does not apply to Essens Keto products.

- You will be informed of the claim result in writing, usually by email.
- If the claim is accepted, you are entitled to a refund of the costs associated with the claim.
Incomplete Parcels
If your parcel is missing products listed on the invoice, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) at info@essens.co.uk with the following information:
- A short, clear description of the missing products.
- The actual weight of the parcel.
- Photo documentation of the entire package.
- A copy of the invoice.
We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
