We love our customers, so feel free to call us during normal office hours. We have someone available to take your call between 10 am and 5 pm daily.
Regardless of whether you contact us by our form or by phone you will receive a personal response. We do use standard messages for frequently asked questions, but every single message we receive is read by a person and you will receive an appropriate response either from me in person or from my husband Julian.

Our shop is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your ordering convenience.
Our staff are usually available to speak to you between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday but we are only a small team so if it's not possible to take your call please drop us a message and we'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
